SBL_GetSquid returns the identifier of the calling process.
Synopsis:
SBL_Squid SBL_GetSquid();
Return Values:
SBL_GetSquid returns the process identifier of the calling process.
Processes are identified by values of type SBL_Squid. (This stands
for "Shrimp Quadword Unique IDentifier".)
